Shipping Information (for International Orders & Shipping please scroll down)

We will process your order as quick as possible - normally ships same day, Monday through Saturday. We will ship your order by US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS Ground upon receiving your order and payment.

We ship to the 50 United States and military APO/FPO addresses. Shipping delivery time will vary by your location and shipping method (Standard, Priority, International).

Our products are shipped professionally packed in a plain brown corrugated carton along with a Delivery Confirmation Number. A Delivery Confirmation Number notifies you of package acceptance by the carrier and Delivery status at your residence.

We ship to most international destinations using UPS, DHL.

For international payments, we accept all major credit cards, prepaid wire transfers, PayPal, American Express checks or checks from global US banks (Bank of America, Citibank, etc.)

Please note that we cannot be held responsible for orders shipped internationally. We by no means can control the action of customs in your country. We do retain all shipping receipts for proof of shipment.
Upon shipping an eMail is sent to you with the package tracking number.

If you are interested in buying our products for Wholesale or Retail, please send us an email with your request or simply fill out the Retailer Information Form. We will respond asap with all the information necessary to activate you as a Valued Customer.

To place an Order Online

Buying from Granducati.com is easy and secure. First, browse through our website and then click on the button 'Add to Cart' for the items of your choice. The item will be added to your shopping cart. Adding an item to your shopping cart does not commit you to buying it, you can choose to place your order or continue shopping. Review your order, make any changes and updates to the quantities as desired, and then click on 'Proceed to Checkout' until you finish. 

Order Confirmation

You will receive a confirmation of your order at the conclusion of your order process as well as a confirmation e-mail, including order number and total amount to be charged.

Pay by Credit Card

U.S and International shoppers can can pay securely with Credit Cards. Call us to place an order with credit card.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Amex and Discovery for order payment. Orders are not charged until they are ready to ship.

Please make sure to enter your exact billing information (first, and last name, middle initial, billing address, and credit card number) as it appears on your credit card statement.

The security of your information, transactions, and money is top priority at Granducati.com and at PayPal.

PayPal automatically encrypts your confidential information in transit from your computer by using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Before you even register or log on to PayPal.com, the server checks that you are using an approved browser - one that uses SSL 3.0 or higher.

Once your information reaches the system, it resides on a server that is heavily guarded both physically and electronically. The servers sit behind an electronic firewall and are never directly connected to the internet, so your private information stays private.

Pay by Check or Money Order

If you choose to mail or fax your order to us you may pay by personal check or money order (In addition to Credit Card). Please do not send cash! All payments must be in US Dollars payable to "Granducati Exclusive Imports, Inc."

You will be charged $20.00 for any check that is "bounced" or rejected. We cannot be responsible for the late, lost or misdirected mail. We suggest you request a proof of delivery. Once we receive your mailed payment and it has been authorized (This process can take up to 21 days for personal checks) we will ship your order.

Free Samples

Samples are limited and the selection will change. Only one sample may be added per order. Samples may be a regular or small sample-sized product.


Occasionally it may occur an item is out of stock. If your product is on backorder, we will contact you within 24 hours. If you are ordering additional items in stock we would be happy to ship those and then ship the backordered item when it comes available. If paying by credit card, orders are not charged until they are ready to ship.


Dropshipping is a product delivery service designed to allow our Valued Retailers the opportunity to sell products without investing in bulk quantities. There are absolutely no fees associated with our service. When you decide to place an order, just inform us who you want the merchandise shipped to, and we will print the label with your return address, or however you prefer. It is easy and simple!


We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible - usually within 24 hours. If you contact us before your order is shipped we are more than happy to Change or Cancel your order.

Return policy

All sales are final unless damaged or defective. If you have received a defect or damaged product and want to return it simply send it back (within 48 hours) in the original box with an explanation on how the damage occurred. Upon receipt of the damaged good we will ship replacements at no cost. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping cost of returned items.* Opened / used items are not accepted. (Read more below - Cosmetic Industry Standard Consumer Protection).

In addition if you receive something that was not to your liking, or felt the product did not meet your expectations, we will refund your purchase price on the following conditions. Items must be returned at your expense. Once the item is received we will refund your purchase price, minus original shipping cost, or portion of the shipping cost, minus a 10% restocking fee. Opened and used items are not accepted. This policy is only good for 20 days from the order date.

Please send your package via UPS or USPS Parcel Post Insured. Insuring your package protects you in case the items are damaged or lost in transit.

Carefully package the items in the original shipping box or any suitable shipping carton using plenty of padding material to protect the product(s) and include a copy of your invoice.

* Items purchased originally with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.

IMPORTANT: Make sure that the items are well protected and packaged similar to the way you received them. Whenever possible, use the same packaging that was used to ship the items to you.

Cosmetic Industry - Standard Consumer Protection

We CAN NOT accept returns of personal care products once they've been opened, a standard consumer protection throughout the cosmetics industry. Consider items personal care if by opening them they are no longer hygienically safe, such as soaps, shaving brushes, creams, lotions, perfumes, etc. We do not attempt to re-sell personal care products to our customers. Therefore, once opened, these items must be discarded, representing a significant cost to us and an imposition to other customers, as many of our products are imported and in limited supply as a result.
