Drop Shipping Guidelines


Please note that you are NOT allowed to sell our Italian Made products on third-party sites like and not limited to: Amazon, eBay, Walmart.

TO START – Do this right away:

We carry many brands, NOT all brands are available for drop shipping, but most are. We kindly ask you to email us, right away, a LIST of the brands you plan on re-selling, we need to approve each brand first.

Please do this right away.

Here some information about our eCommerce services:

Product Image and Database:

Upon approval you may copy/paste the images from our website as long as you will do business with our company.

Drop Ship:

We offer blind drop ship anywhere in the USA. Customarily NO packing slip will accompany the goods but should you like you can provide us with your own documentation (immediately after placing the order) by email (contact@granducati.com).

Shipping Liability:

We are accountable for the safe arrival of the product to your customer therefore will be our responsibility to handle and possibly solve any issue that may arise delivering any order we fulfilled on your behalf for your customer.

Returns & Re-Stocking Fees:

Defective or damaged in transit products will be immediately replaced to the final customer at no extra cost to you BUT returns for any other reason such as “change of mind...”, “purchased by mistake...” “I don’t like it...” etc. will be subject to a 15% restocking fee with no refundable shipping costs.

OPENED OR USED ITEMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED, such as cosmetics products such as perfumes & colognes, deodorants, lotions, body oils, etc..

We CAN NOT accept returns of personal care products once they've been opened, a standard consumer protection throughout the cosmetics industry. Consider items personal care if by opening them they are no longer hygienically safe, such as soaps, shaving brushes, creams, lotions, perfumes, etc. We do not attempt to re-sell personal care products to our customers. Therefore, once opened, these items must be discarded, representing a significant cost to us and an imposition to other customers, as many of our products are imported and in limited supply as a result.

Minimum Order:  No minimum order.

Drop ship fee: No drop ship or handling fee applicable.

Inventory & stock availability:

We make an effort to keep all items in stock at all times. From time to time an item may be out of stock. If an item is out of stock, it will appeared as “Sold Out” on our website, and hopefully it will be in stock soon. We do not send inventory updates, it is up to you to check our website on a regular basis to see what is out of stock. Or you can send us an email to ask us about a particular brand or product.

Please note: Due the nature of our Italian made products (imported, limited production, shipping/transit time, customs delays...), keeping in stock all product at all times is nearly impossible, as result we cannot guarantee 100% fulfill ability at all times and occasionally, we may not be able to ship your order within the stated shipping schedule. We will promptly inform you of the shortage and supply you with an Estimated Time of Arrival (ETA) of the product and/or a suitable alternate replacement, but GRANDUCATI.COM operated by Granducati Exclusive Imports, Inc. shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or expense incurred by the eCommerce Associate/Customer due to an order cancellation for any reason.

Shipping schedule:

Customarily, we process orders within one to two business days. Upon shipping, an automated email will be sent to you by FedEx, UPS or USPS with the Package Tracking number.


Please note that there are important GUIDELINES to be followed in order to maintain your eCommerce dealer status in good standing. We have a strict “Retail Pricing” policy and we do not allow “discounting” our products publicly. Pricing listed on an internet site that is generally available to the public is considered an “advertised price”; and must adhere to Granducati.com's policy: no underpricing is allowed, you must sell the products at exactly the same price as we do (but not lower), although you may sell at a higher price.

Statements such as “add to basket to see price”, “we will match any price”, “call for price”, or phrases of similar structure are acceptable as long as the price displayed for the product prior to such actions is not below the MAP (Minimum Adveritsed Pricing). Furthermore, special direct email promotions with discount coupons applied at checkout to the entire order such as discounts for “Frequent Shoppers”, “Private Sales/Events” etc.., promoted throughout email blasts as these types of “private” promotions can be used as do not violate Granducati's MAP Policy. Intentional and/or repeated failure to abide by this MAP Policy may result in sanctions unilaterally imposed by Granducati. The level of sanctions will be determined by Granducati at its sole discretion and may include indefinite termination of dealership or distributorship. Granducati does not intend to do business with Dealers who fail to comply with our MAP Policy.

No third-party sites may sell Granducati products. This includes but is not limited to: Amazon, Walmart, or eBay. Any account selling to a third-party is subject to immediate termination.

Under this agreement, we reserve the right to maintain electronic records of mailing addresses of any customer to whom we drop ship under this program. These records may be used to communicate with customers in case of specific matters that may arise in the future concerning the product(s) they had purchased.

We do NOT resell or share any customer records with any outside media company or mass mailing service. The terms and conditions of this policy are subject to change at any time by Granducati, at its complete and sole discretion and dealers shall be notified in the event of any such changes.
